What if I still need help and support during the course?
I, Ashley, am your coach. I’m here to help you succeed. If you need extra help and support, you and your classmates will have the opportunity to submit your questions and concerns during feedback sessions. This will be done in a systematic and organized way.
What is your refund policy?
All sells are final in the beta course.
How many students will be in the course?
The beta version is limited to less than 10 students. The regular course will not have a limit on student enrollment.
How will I learn?
Currently this course is in beta version. In the future, the material will be a combination of pre-recorded videos and audios. The beta version will have live coursework, pre-recorded, and audio.
How will this course improve my spoken English?
This course improves more than just your spoken English. You’ll learn to apply what you already know and the powerful skills this course adds to your skills to every situation. Through deliberate training and practice you gain more confidence and ease in speaking and listening in English. In addition, your pronunciation will become smoother so people will be better able to understand you. Also, you’ll level up and get unstuck in your listening ability. You’ll finally be able to understand “fast” talking natives.

Can my spouse take the course with me?
Sure! The more the merrier! However, you each need to apply separately.
I want my children to enroll. Do you accept children?
This course is meant for adult professionals or scholars. No person under the age of 20 will be accepted.
Is the Fluency Academy face-to-face/in-person?
No. It is 100% online now.
Can I study using my phone or tablet?
Absolutely!
